The popular messaging platform WhatsApp is bringing features one after another. Recently several features have also received quite a response. In continuation of this, WhatsApp is bringing the feature of sharing pictures, videos and various documents offline.

According to WhatsApp feature tracker WABtainfour, you can send photos to other users even if the smartphone does not have internet. Even files shared offline will be fully end-to-end encrypted. So users can rest assured about privacy.

A screenshot regarding the new feature has been leaked. It shows that images are being sent without data connection. But there is one condition, you have to have another device nearby and have offline file-sharing feature turned on. Only then this feature will work.

 How to use
Offline file-sharing transfers do not require any internet connection. By scanning, the file will quickly move from one phone to another through Bluetooth. However, there are a few things to keep in mind.

WhatsApp needs to be allowed to access your phone's gallery, files and documents. Otherwise this feature will not work. However, WhatsApp said that the user's number will be kept secret and the shared files will be encrypted.

This feature will work much like Shareit app. Images, videos, documents can be sent even if there is no net connection or WiFi. Which will save a lot of data and time of the users, according to the concerned authorities.
